The hotel was a bit of a letdown in terms of room quality and construction work, but the service provided a mix of helpfulness and kindness. The location had its ups and downs, and the dining experience was average at best.
The hotel is located in a quiet area near the tram station Laleli and only a 10-minute walk from the Grand Bazaar, which is amazing. The rooms, although a bit small with three beds, were not fantastic this time after the first night. The service was friendly, even though there was a slight language barrier, and the breakfast was fantastic and delicious. The location is great for exploring Istanbul, but the Wi-Fi signal can be spotty at times.
